Smarter hospitality. Better operations.

The guest and the owner, in one system.

Guest messages across every channel, requests, tasks, arrivals, reviews that Ando drafts the replies to — and the other half of the job no system does: agreements, minimum rates the database itself enforces, every booking checked against what you promised, statements, and a page of their own for every owner.

The problem

The information lives in ten different tools.

A hospitality business runs every day on a PMS, a channel manager, accounting software, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, Viber, email and phone calls. None of them knows what the others say. The team spends hours searching, repeating work and coordinating departments by hand.

The result: an owner asks “what happened with my property?” and the answer takes three systems and an hour.

  • PMS
  • Channel Manager
  • Accounting / ERP
  • Google Sheets
  • WhatsApp
  • Viber
  • Email
  • Phone
  • Excel reports

The solution

The owner's side, built properly for the first time.

Every PMS knows what the guest paid. None of them knows what you promised the owner. Hostando holds the agreement, enforces it on the price, checks every booking against it, and gives the owner a page of their own — without changing anything that already works.

1

Connects, does not replace

Reservation imports from Avantio, Airbnb and your channel manager. The data stays where it lives; Hostando reads it.

2

Checks, does not author

An amount that arrived from a channel is never overwritten by a calculation. When they disagree, you see both and the gap — that is the product.

3

Enforces, does not warn

The minimum stay and the minimum net rate you promised live in the database. They are not routed around by the calendar, by an import, or by somebody in a hurry at eleven at night.

Ando, the assistant

Ask in plain words. Get the number.

"What do we owe Maria for August?" "Which villas sold below the agreement?" "Who has not paid yet?" Ando reads your own data and answers in seconds — no filters, no export to a spreadsheet, no waiting for somebody to find the time.

He knows your business, not hospitality in general

You write down how your company works, one line at a time, and he answers in your own words — net rate, levy, guaranteed rent — rather than in a vendor's.

He sees what you see, and nothing more

He reads as the person asking. The reservations desk asks about an owner's money and gets an empty answer — not a refusal, which would tell them there was something there.

He changes nothing

His transaction is read-only in the database. Not a promise, and not a check on the text of the query - which can be talked around - but a rule the database enforces.

He drafts the shift handover note too. Into the box, ready to be corrected - not into another window to be copied out of.

What it does

From the owner's agreement to the last euro.

Everything a hospitality business needs to operate — and nothing left half-finished.

Owners & Agreements

Contract templates, native owner e-signature, company countersign, final PDF. The terms you promised — minimum stay, minimum net rate — are enforced by the system itself.

Properties & Onboarding

Onboarding questionnaires, draft property approval, a work queue. Import a property straight from an Airbnb listing.

Imports from anywhere

Avantio, your channels, or your own spreadsheet - whatever shape it is in. Hostando works out which column is which and shows you what it WOULD do before it writes a row. Owners, properties, bookings, portals, reviews: a hundred and twenty villas in one file instead of a hundred and twenty forms.

Calendars that talk to each other

Hostando publishes each property's calendar as iCal and reads everybody else's. Airbnb, Booking, Vrbo, anything that publishes one: a booking on any of them closes the dates everywhere. No channel manager, and no villa double-booked in the middle of August.

Pricing

Rate history with who changed what and when, distribution channels, offers, restrictions. Rate proposals to owners with their revenue impact and a one-click response.

Finance & Statements

What the company owes the owner and what the owner owes the company. Statements that remember what they charged, refunds, settlements.

Automations & Email

Owner arrivals, invoicing reports, net rate updates — scheduled, with delivery history and bilingual email templates.

Reports

Arrivals and departures, sales, booking payments, payments to owners, occupancy, cancellations, tourist tax, channel commissions, profit margin, costs. Filtered, and exportable.

Cost control

Three questions of every booking: did it sell below the contractual minimum? did the owner get their share of what the guest actually paid? did what you kept cover what the portal took? Four verdicts, not two - and the fourth names the figure that was missing.

Operations

Shift handover, tasks, requests, refunds, the day's arrivals and departures, and what is missing from each file. Who did what, when, for which owner.

Guests & Messages

A guest is joined to every booking they have made, whichever channel it came from. Email, phone, WhatsApp, Viber, SMS, Airbnb, Booking - one history, so whoever picks up the telephone knows what has already been said.

Reviews, answered

A list of the ones still waiting - not two hundred answered ones hiding the six. Beside each, what actually happened during that stay. And Ando drafts the reply, so it is corrected rather than started.

Team & access

The reservations desk does not see owner money. Rights do not hide buttons - the database refuses the rows, so they cannot be routed around with an API token either.

Owner portal

The owner signs in with their own password and sees their calendar, their bookings with the arrival details, their properties, their rates, your correspondence and their earnings. You decide, per cooperation type, exactly what that is.

How it works

Built by people who manage properties, not from a feature list.

Every action leaves a trace — with a name.

At the end of the season you can hand a sceptical owner a full account: what was done for them, when, and by whom.

Rules live in the database, not in a warning.

A warning on a screen is read by whoever happens to be looking. A rule in the database cannot be routed around by a calendar, an import or a hurry.

Every customer sees only their own.

Multiple workspaces, strict data isolation, proven by automated tests on every change.

Greek and English, from day one.

The team works in Greek, the owner abroad reads English. The same system, no workarounds.

Who it is for

For every hospitality business — from five keys to five hundred.

  • Hotels and hospitality groups
  • Short-term rental management companies
  • Vacation rental companies & serviced apartments
  • Portfolio owners whose properties somebody else runs
