Hostando cancellation policies

Hostando’s three main cancellation policies are:

1. Flexible cancellation policy: Allows travelers to cancel up to 24 hours before check-in for a full refund, less service fees. If cancellation occurs after 24 hours, travelers receive a 50 percent refund for unused nights.
2. Moderate cancellation policy: Allows travelers to cancel up to 5 days before check-in for a full refund, less service fees. If cancellation occurs later, the traveler receives no refund, but can get a credit for a future stay.
3. Politica di cancellazione rigorosa: Under this policy, if travelers cancel at least 14 days before check-in, they receive a full refund, but if they cancel after that period, they are not refunded unless it is an extraordinary situation or force majeure.
