How can I book a property?
To book a property, simply select the house or apartment you are interested in, choose your dates of stay and number of guests, then click “Book Now.” After completing the required details, you can proceed with payment.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payment by bank transfer. Exclusively Immadiated. Directly to Host Account
How far in advance should I make reservations?
There is no minimum time limit for booking, but we recommend that you do so as soon as possible to ensure availability. Some hosts may have specific restrictions.
Do I have to pay a down payment?
Yes, a 30% deposit is required to confirm the reservation. The full balance must be paid 7 days before arrival.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Cancellation policies vary by host. We recommend that you check the cancellation policy at the time of booking. In general, if you cancel before 7 days before arrival, you may lose your deposit.
How does insurance work?
Some hosts offer accidental damage insurance, but this depends on individual policies. Check with the host to see if it is included in the price or if it is available as an extra.
How can I contact the host?
You can contact the host directly through the messaging system on the Hostando platform. Go to the property page and click on “Contact the host.“.
How can I change my reservation?
If you wish to change your reservation, please contact the host immediately to discuss availability and approval of changes. Some hosts may charge an extra fee for short-term changes.
What kind of properties can I book on Hostando?
On Hostando you can book vacation homes, apartments, bed & breakfasts and hotels. Each property has a detailed description, including photos, services offered, and reviews from previous guests.
How can I change my personal information?
You can update your personal information, such as email, phone number and password, by going to My Account > Settings.
How does the assessment of properties and guests work?
After each stay, both guests and hosts can leave a review. Reviews will help other users make informed choices. Positive reviews increase your property’s visibility in search.
